Hardware & Software Return Policy

Effective Date: December 1, 2026

All hardware and software purchases made through AIC TRIAD Consulting are subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. Software Sales

ALL SOFTWARE SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, OR CANCELLATIONS ARE PERMITTED.

This policy applies to all software products, licenses, subscriptions, renewals, activation keys, and digital purchases, whether delivered electronically or physically.

2. Hardware Returns

Hardware returns are permitted only within ten (10) calendar days of the confirmed delivery date, subject to all the following conditions:

  • Products must be brand-new, unused, unopened, and in their original factory-sealed packaging.

  • All original manufacturer seals must remain intact.

  • All accessories, documentation, and components must be included.

  • Prior written Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from AIC TRIAD Consulting is mandatory.

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to every approved hardware return, without exception.

ANY HARDWARE THAT HAS BEEN OPENED, USED, INSTALLED, ACTIVATED, CONFIGURED, OR REMOVED FROM ITS ORIGINAL FACTORY-SEALED PACKAGING IS STRICTLY NON-RETURNABLE.

No returns will be accepted after the 10-day return period.

3. Return Shipping & Refunds

  • Customers are solely responsible for all return shipping costs, including insurance.

  • Unauthorized returns will be refused.

  • Returned merchandise is subject to inspection and verification before a refund is approved.

  • Approved refunds will be issued less the mandatory 20% restocking fee.

  • Original shipping, handling, installation, configuration, and service charges are non-refundable.

4. Exceptions

No exceptions to this policy will be granted unless expressly authorized in writing by AIC TRIAD Consulting.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

5. Policy Acceptance

By placing an order, submitting payment, or accepting a quotation from AIC TRIAD Consulting, the customer acknowledges and agrees to be bound by this Return Policy.

AIC TRIAD Consulting reserves the right to reject any return that fails to meet the requirements stated herein.
